Malgré l'augmentation des prix à Pattaya, il est encore possible de trouver des hôtels au environ de 500 bahts.               
- Les hôtels de la soi PN, une petite rue entre Walking street et Pratamnak road depuis l'hôtel White Rose 1
- La plupart des hôtels à la soi Post office et la soi yamato.
- Quelques guests houses à Jomtien.
Souvent les chambres dans ses hôtels sont petites et sans air conditionné mais aussi sans joiner fee.
