hotel host the first bar in town (1964) and offer a large park,
formerly Nipa Lodge is located on the middle of the bay, most rooms
only with shower, large suite with balcony, lovely lobby and good

I stay in 1995 in this famous hotel, great park and good restaurant. Great location, i also check it on 2006.
